Game Project 4 at The Game Assembly
Cannibal Crossing by Duck in Boots
This was the last project of my first year at The Game Assembly.
During this project I was in charge of creating the rig and animations for the player character, UI and VFX. As the game was developed in an inhouse engine the VFX needed to be created using either flipbooks or shaders as we did not have any particle systems. The rig and animations were created in Blender and especially for this rig I used damped track to make the bunnys ear to look more soft and smooth. The heal shader was written in HLSL. The flipbooks were created in Houdini. Substance Designer was used to create the UI textures and then animated in HLSL.
