Death VFX
I created this death VFX for an assignment at The Game Assembly, I started with creating a looping flipbook simulation in Houdini that I could use in Niagara. Thereafter in Niagara I used the character mesh triangles as source to spawn my flipbook particles. Substance designer was later used to created the aftermath of the character being dissolved. Lastly I created a dissolve shader to make the character dissolve randomly.
